Our little guy is 2. We can't believe it. We've been up for awhile already this morning and wanted to share some pictures of Ben opening his presents.


We got him two presents that we knew he'd love. The first was a set of instruments. He loves the xylophone and wants to understand the harmonica, but he can't quite figure it out yet. He plays with his piano all the time and loves hearing the demo songs over and over (and over) again, so we knew this would be a hit.



The second gift was a little chair/thingamajig that I found while searching for cool, functional toys that could be used in different ways. He really likes it. He can use it as a stool, or a chair, or whatever his imagination can come up with.


The other day we got a visit from Auntie Michelle. She and Uncle Michael gave Ben a Bob the Builder tool bench. He LOVES it (and so does Sophie) and all the little tools, especially the drill and the flashlight. There are goggles that I wear sometimes to make him laugh, and today we finally got him to put them on too.


He reminds me of Kenny from Can't Hardly Wait.
