fun with friends and family.

Sunday we met the Botbyls for lunch. It was so much fun. A little hectic, but what can you expect with three little ones? Cambelle and Ben ignored each other at first...


But they warmed up eventually. (Sorta. Ben's getting his molars in and likes to feel them.)


Today we went to see Aunt Kelly and Uncle Joe, and Cousins Lizzie, Jackson and Hannah. We had a great time and Ben got to play with more toys than I think he's ever seen in his life. They have a FUN basement and a big backyard to play in. Ben kept following Hannah around and saying, "Hi Baby!" Here he is giving her a hug.


Here, Jackson reads with Ben in the basement. While they were reading, Jackson said, "He's my best friend."

We also went to the coolest park I've ever seen. It's a regular playground, with a jungle gym, but it also has stuff for kids to play on that I've never seen before. Ben had fun on the seesaw with Jackson and the slide with Hannah.


After that Ben and I went to pick Chris up at the Harrisburg office, and we went back to Kelly and Joe's for a yummy dinner. We said our goodbyes (Ben and Jackson hugged, and Ben chased Hannah around but she was having none of it) and got in the car. We expected Ben to fall asleep immediately, but no such luck. We were lucky enough to be behind a minivan that looked just like Pop-Pop's minivan for about a third of the trip. Ben must have said Pop-Pop's name 400 times. And we loved it.
