busy weekend!

This morning before Little Gym we went to the Barnes & Noble across the way. Ben had such a fun time playing in the kids' section. He jumped around on the stage, played sleepyhead on the bench and then played with the Thomas train set. He fell in love with it...



This weekend we had lots to do. Friday night we went out for a kidless double date with Jeff and Danielle. It was nice to spend time with them like old times.

Saturday morning, we had Kristina's baptism. I was honored to be the Godmother, and Kristina's Uncle George was the Godfather. After the ceremony we all went to a yummy lunch at Mirabella's Cafe in Cherry Hill.


Saturday night we made the trip up to Brielle to have an early Thanksgiving Dinner with Ian and Michelle and my Mom and Kevin. Ben enjoyed being the center of attention. Aunt Michelle taught him the word 'delicious' and he says either that or 'yummmm, yum!' when he has something tasty to eat. He's a funny one.

Yesterday we had a quiet day at home... I'm tired just writing about all of it!


We had a mini photo-shoot this morning. Every morning, Ben wakes up and wants to play with his clock radio. There are lots of buttons on it, and he likes to, as he says, 'push the butt'... I've tried to get him to say 'button' but no such luck yet.


He likes this little ritual so much that we usually end up bringing his shoes into his room and putting them on while he blares music.
